Car

If you have NO electrical power the battery might be flat, but not necessarily dead. Try putting a battery charger on it or jump starting it. (It's better to charge up a battery with a battery charger, versus forcing the alternator to charge it.) If, however, the car is running and you have some electrical power, then clearly the battery is not the issue. In this case you may have a blown fuse for the affected circuits.
