Why my air conditioner heater quit working when my battery went dead and asked you to do it now it won't come on if it the fan or the fuse

Seems a bit odd that it would act up after a new battery was installed. Check connections and grounds to make sure everything is tight and clean. If the blower won't start up I'd check the resistor located in the duct work on the passenger side inside the car down by the firewall. Scanning for trouble codes is always a good idea too.
