Is it a powered or manual seat? If powered, first check the electrical connection located under the seat. Then proceed to check to make sure power is getting to the control model via that same cable. If you have power there, it is probably the control module. If not, then check out the switch on the side of the seat.

If it is manual, check that there is nothing jammed in the seat track under the seat..
