2004 GrandPrix-I just got my car back from AAmco who put in a transmission and a thermostat and both front wheel bearings.  The display on my dash says "Reduced Engine Power".-- what does that mean?

The only thing i can think of would be KR (Knock Retard, incase you didnt know) i dont know why it would be if you have a stock setup.. unless they fucked something up when they did the tranny, but then again if its not the L32 engine then it wouldnt be KR anyway.

I have same problem with my GMC Sierra. It has to do with the shifting solenoids of the transmission according to some of the other research that I have done. You will need to have the guys at AAmco do some adjustments. I am sure that they see this fault display all of the time on GM vehicles. John D
