reduced engine power

I have 07 pontiac grand prie ,3.8ltr. Replaced
Throttle body, and throttle pedal. Car will crank
and idle, slow accleration in park, put in drive
accelerator pedal doesnt work, no signal to TB

Sounds like a faulty electrical connection or damaged wire if there's no signal now and there was before. I'd start there although this is more of a guess than actual advice.
