reduced engine power

i have a 2005 grand prix, reduced engine light comes on, car has no power,
we changed the gas pedal relay, cleaned the throttle body, exaust is new,
trans was rebult 2 years ago, i checked all ground, fluid levels, thinking of
changing the throttle body sensor? ready to quit, car has 160,000 miles on it,
perfect body, ran great for years, until now.

scan for codes even if the light ain't on , what do the plugs look like ? Is the exhaust white ?

Exhaust restriction, low fuel pressure and or flow, sensor misread, I would get a live data scan.
