when i go to start it It reads "starting disabled due to theft system" how do i fix it?

Pit the the key in the ignition an turn to on position, leave the theft system enable light on for 10 mins. Turn an remove key then try to start again. If this dont work first time repeat 2 additional times.

Do not remove key during relearn process. Where do you people come from. Goggle "security bypass procedure using resistor". Add car "year, make, model." Basically find 3 wires from ignition under steering wheel. Or, if you're fancy, under glove box on a silver box after removing plastic panel. Middle wire clip, pin 6, it's labeled. Top and bottom, should be black and yellow. Blah blah blah. Study people. Read. Goggle it. It works, follow instructions.
