2004 PONTIAC VIBE

Thinking to purchase, very cheap. Owner never had problems, was driving
down the road in a heavy rain storm, stalled will not restart.. any ideas? i am a
single mom would love a great deal, but not a mess

How deep was the water? It could be a simple fix if the ignition just got wet. You will just need to have it dried out. However, if the car stalled while driving through standing water, it could have sucked water into the intake and you should avoid the car.
