I have 2003 pontiac aztek and when the heat or ac is on while driving it pops a fuse and says security alert and locks the key in the ignition and just stop. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Does it only blow a fuse on defrost? If so the a/c compressor is trying to lock up. The a/c cycles when the defrost is on.
No it doesn't matter as long as the blower is on it does it. Most of the time I replace the fuse get the key out and be on my way but theres been times I had to get towed.
There may be something stuck in the blower motor or the blower is getting too hard to turn and blowing the fuse. The blower motor will need replaced if nothing is in it.
Have the main Power Control Module checked, as well as the ignition switch and harness. These cars have an unfortunate history of electrical issues that trigger the Security light, and often trace back to the PCM. If your battery is low or the alternator isn't charging properly, this can put additional draw on some circuits and blow fuses on just about anything that's running at the time.
you drive it to the junkyard its a pontiac aztek ! ha but no it souds like a short in the wires around the blower motor under the dash but check the alternator output too
