Right rear break locked in reverse only
I have a question and not sure how to handle it. When trying to reverse, the right rear break is locked on and the car will drag back but not roll from the right side. Going forward either in gear or out of gear the car rolls freely. I tried rocking the car back and forth to see if it would release and no change. I also pulled the break cable connecting on the back with the car off and out of gear. There is give on the left side but not the right. I am not sure what to do at this point.
