Hi I have a 2002 Pontiac grand prixs an d switch
were d keys go to turn on the car it gets stucks an
it doesn't want to turn off they told me I have to
buy a new ignation switch an they come with new
keys but I have to program them I need help I don't
know what to do or how much it will cost

I agree. It's much more likely to be a electrical problem than a problem with the switch. The problem could be in the console or at the base of the steering column. The expense will be in finding the problem, the actual fix will likely cost very little. You'll need to find a shop that knows how to find electrical based problems. Very tough for a do it yourselfer to figure out.
