scan for codes even if the light ain't on and get the definitions , could be the ECM , (brain) are the injectors firing ?

Right. If the security system is activated, it shuts down the fuel injectors. The security system would need to be re-set.

Try spraying some starting fluid into the air intake to see if it would fire off. If it does the the security system has the fuel injectors shut down.

so had replaced the battery and did that reset...it cranks over but won't start...so I guess tomorrow when I get it towed home I will try the starting fluid.
