make sure batt . terminals are tight and batt . is charged , is there a relay ? does starter click ? when you hit the key ? see if starter solenoid gets power when you hit the key , you nearly have to take it out to do that , go ahead and replace starter if you want .

But if the car turns over, the starter is obviously working fine. I would scan for codes and check fuel pressure to see it its the fuel pump. If it clicks but doesn't actually turn over then the starter is a possibility.
