I have a 2002 Pontiac Montana and my battery light keeps blinking in my message center, what does that mean?

My battery light and service traction light keep blinking in my message center anybody know why?

Your battery light may be on because of a loose belt. Check your belts to make sure they are all tight. Make sure your battery cable connections are also tight. You may also have a failing alternator. If you have access to a volt meter, test the output side of your alternator and make sure it's putting out 14 volts. I think the traction light will illuminate if your are having an issue with your brakes. Make sure your brake reservoir is full of fluid. It would be a better bet to bring to a garage and have your error codes read. There are numerous things that can make the trac light come on.
