I have a 2001 Pontiac firebird and my light is jammed only one light comes out anyway I can get it unstuck

I believe you can manually raise the light by turning the knob next to it under the hood. Once it is up and you turn off the lights, if the motor is bad it will probably stay up and not lower when you turn it off. Motor fix is either a kit to replace bearings inside the motor or replacing the motor itself. If you want to lower it, you should again turn the same knob on the motor.
