Fan switch not working properly, sometimes dose not work at all. When the switch dose not work the eng management panel goes out as well.

2001 pontiace grand prix: The fan switch dose not work all the time. When it is on the blink the air conditioning dose not work and the engen management system lights go out as well. Any help on this I belive it is a relay!

check for loose wiring at the internal panel viration will cause the connection to go on and off
