High oil pressure

Had an oil chance about a week and a half ago, got
in the car to go to work today and its reading high
oil pressure, but no check enigin light. Car only has
60,000 original miles

Read the oil level on your dip stick. Sounds like your oil change place overfilled the engine. If it is reading over the upper mark, take the car back to them to drain some out.
