'97 Grand Am Turn Signal

Asked by Becker052436 Apr 29, 2010 at 03:01 PM about the 1997 Pontiac Grand Am

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1997 Grand Am and my driver's side turn signal will not work but the driver's back signal does.  I have replaced the fuse and bulb with no results.  Any suggestions?

You flasher is good. If it was bad the passenger side would not work. Get a meter and see if you have voltage to the front turn signal socket. It could be that the contact in the socket has rotted away.
