strut mount is typically a replacable part whenever a new strut is replaced. So as long as the metal in which the upper strut is installed to is not rusted, replacing strut mount should do it and may reccommend since the strut mount is removed, may consider replacing the strut if it has not been done recently. May reccomend replacing the rear driver side so that at least from the rear the ride quality would be even on both sides.
