Your burnt a fusable link feeding those fuses in your fuse box. You will see that they have no power on either side of them The Fuseable link pack is around the battery and right fender well. You will find a bunch of gray wires connected together with a feed from the battery going to it. One of those gray wires will be melted internally - Pull on each one to find the rigth one - it will break into two pieces. Replace it will acceptable rated fusable wire.
