Will a 3.8 S/C from a bonneville fit into a 1995 grand am?

a friend and i actually wanted to try that its possible but it will be one hell of a trick to get the trans to clear the fender wells, it wouldnt be worth it if its ur daily driver

that would be a tough one dude.. fitting that into there and just changing over the wireharness and all that stuff.. and also with the ABS modules matching up.. I did a motor swap for my 97 grand prix and put an 01 motor in there thinking it would all match up.. i was in for a suprize.. wire harness PCM is different trans was completley different.. the entire ABS module was different, half shafts were all diff.. its very possible just a ton of work.. if your willing to completley gutt that car go for it.. and it depends what year 3800 S/C you are doing.. but good luck if ya do that an it works out please let me know that would be impressive!!
