from the front drivers side. I was

Sounds dangerous. Have a shop look at it. Hard to say because it sounds like many issues instead of one, Do a tune up, check suspension. Control arms, tie rods, ect and see if it needs motor/trans mounts. Loose lug nuts, bad axles, bearings, spindles, Brakes. It needs to be looked at. My brother had a 96 and the front end did colapse on the freeway so get it checked out I do not know why cause it got totaled and went to a salvage yard we did not get to see it.

All he knows for sure is the front went down and the bottomside of cabin area of the car was draging the ground and the parts under the car started to move under the cabin area and then started to tare out the floorboard and when he see out to the ground by his feet and under his seat he opened the door and jumped out and the interior got completely ripped out of and it peeled out he gas tank and fuel went everywhere did not blow up or catch on fire though. He was going about 75mph as it was slidding it slowed to about 35mph before he bailed out ducked and rolled and skin looked like pizza.
