If you do not know a good Audi mechanic, now is the time to go searching- and when you find him, buy him a drink, get to know him- you are in it for the long haul-
Well start issues are only a few things with audis its either a fuel, spark or vacuum issue. Start by checking for spark. Pull the plugs set them near a metal surface and turn the key. Watch to see if they spark if they spark that's not the issue. Next check your cylinders for fuel. Since you have all the plugs out you should be able to smell gas from each of your cylinders from this fresh turn over. If there is no gas you have a gas issue. either leak or pump or a clogged gas filter. An unresponsive throttle tho i would think your main throtle control unit has gone bad or has a vacuum leak. Most of the audis have a plunger type thing that controls air flow and gas flow. Its located near the main thorotal body check all your lines for signs of cracks or breaks and repair as you go.
