IMPREZA ENGINE SWAP

Hello I am looking into buying a 2005 2.0 wrx
engine and swapping it from my  base model 2004
non turbo impreza, and was wondering what I
would need either than the engine to get this done,
for now all I know is I would need a ecu to match
but would like to know more. Thanks for helping!

Buy a wrecked 2004 WRX and change over everything into your Impreza this is the easiest way. try and get the key with the wrecked model too so your not recoding a key into the PCM too.

Auto is right - there are quite a few difference between the two in the engine bay and sub frame on the front end.
