2004 Subaru Impreza EJ16 engine.

Asked by Bhsbri800 Jun 13, 2017 at 05:21 PM about the 2004 Subaru Impreza

Question type: General

I have a 2004 Subaru Impreza 1.6 Liter motor
overseas.  I am wondering if the 2.0 EJ20 engine in
the nonturbo version of impreza do the parts fit?  If
i needed a compressor, or water pump, would the
ones here fit?  Were parts pretty standard on these
motors??

Compare the parts and see if they swap or not. Water pumps should not be swapped for used ones and are cheap anyway.

I think no. Here's the info about EJ20 https://engineswork.com/engines/subaru-ej20-engine.html
