Question type: General

I am unsure if I can put 91 into my subaru legacy
b4 year 2000, will it affect it or will it just run like
normal?

No problem and it might run better than on regular. My 2003 Forester ran a LOT better on 89 octane.

Shouldn't matter. If 87 feels worse there's something else wrong, like maybe dirt/water in the tank that benefits from preventing dilution when you use a higher octane. Better to just never run below 1/4 tank on a dinosaur.
