How do i get both front tires moving at one time on my 97 outback legacy

Only the front passanger side tire of my 97 subaru
outback legacy is moving its only 2 wheel front drive
cause rear blew and i took the drive shaft out. how do i
get both front tires moving at once?

My car still drives fine it’s only one wheel with power tho could there be any other reasons

Open differentials will spin one tire in slippery conditions.
