Couple of hits with a rubber hammer on the rim normally does the trick. You just need to break the little bit of binding/corrosion that is keeping the wheels on..
You could try squirting the the wheels center at the axle hub with Auto transmission fluid and letting it soak overnight. If the cars' weight is supported well, push the bottom of the wheel in and pull out on the top of the wheel at the same time.
or just give it a good kick.
Like Tony TW above said, first make sure beyond a doubt that your car is supported properly, you could lose a foot or worse.. Then take all those answers--they are all good--lubricate, hammer, bigger hammer, push bottom and pull top, then get pissed off and kick it a swift one. It WILL come off
I tried all of these things and it still won't budge. Anymore suggestions?

Mine is the front passenger a well. Will NOT come off
Same 2011, CANNOT get it off
It's how they are put on. If they go on a little off they will stick, everytime, wal mart changed my tires, incorrect torque equals many hours of cussing , crying and finally torch.
And I'm at torch right now, I actually took passenger off, bout 2 weeks after Wal-Mart put on it took to mule kicks, 6 months later I'm changing brake pads passenger I took off fine, driver I didn't 6 hours later
