Crank but won't start and has no oil or antifreeze

My car dies in the middle of the Intersection it will
crank but not start .  All of the lights work and the
cooler turns on too . Upon inspection there was no
oil or antifreeze left in the engine  what do I do

I would say that your engine is toast. Running them without coolant or oil has a way of doing that. I would suspect a number of things, a cracked block, a thrown rod or a blown radiator hose.

If you drove the car with no oil or coolant you should probably get a schofur because you don't need to be driving lol
