2007 toyota camery. Engine dies out of no where then it will crank but won't start.

We thought it was the crank shaft position sensor but that didn't fix the
problem so we replaced the ignition fuse and it started but we can not rely on
the vehicle because it will die out of nowhere even when we are driving. But
after you replace the fuse it starts back up.

What engine....4.....6cyl? Any warning lights ON....flashing? Mileage?
With no CEL on or flashing I would be inclined to suspect a fuel delivery issue. Fuel Pump....Filter problem. In colder climates we also need to be concerned about water in the gas tank...it freezes around the base of the assembly and restricts fuel flow.....especially when there is less than one quarter tank of gas. I would install a fuel pressure gauge....and...a Scan Tool and road test the vehicle. TI me for a visit tour your favorite repair facility.
We put a bigger fuse in the fuse panel to get home because it would die every mile we drove. I don't think that it is fuel problem because after you replace the ignition fuse it starts right back up. After we put the bigger fuse in it didn't die but there is now smoke coming from the fuse panel. The smoke is coming from a red wire connected to the fuse panel.
OBOY....smoke NG. Need to know Fuse amperage ...location and ID. There may be more than ONE Ignition Fuse. A picture of the fuse location would help. You have either a short somewhere...or....a " Load" in that circuit is drawing to much current.
