Camry won't start with chickens in light more on after timing belt and water pump replaced

I replaced the water pump and
timing belt on my 93 Toyota
Camry.  Now the check engine
light is on and flashing and the
car wont start. The timing belt
showed it was dead on, spark
plugs have been check,
distributor cap and fuses.  I cant
find an obd 1 because nobody has
them anymore.  Frustrated! This
was suppose to be a simple fix !

Chickens in your engine? Double check your cam timing. Maybe it is 180 degrees out.
