I have a 1993 Camry that I just replaced the whole key assembly on because it wouldn't turn. Now it turns but won't start?

Charge the battery, make sure all connections are tight and clean. Check your fuses and relays. If car still won't start, you may have a bad starter as well. Once battery has been fully charged, try this test: Locate the starter, have someone turn the key to the ON position and hold it like they're starting the car, as they hold the key, rap on the starter with a hammer. If the car turns over, this means that your starter motor is failing and needs replacement. If still a no start condition, you may also have a bad neutral safety switch. Try moving the shifter through the gears a few times and see if it will start. It may catch. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fpPOcO6f798

Clarification. Are you indicating this vehicle will not CRANK.....or....this vehicle cranks over but will not start up? Does this vehicle have a "Theft Deterrent System" on board? Did you have to disconnect any wires when this item was replaced?

It's not cranking. When I turn the key the air bag sign comes on , the door open bells ring, but that's it. Signals, wipers, windows do not work. Seems to be electrical. Any help

If all of the above problems are NEW ones and not there before, you might want to re-evaluate your repair procedure. What wires did you disconnect and reconnect while performing this repair? You might want to check for blown fuses.
