Replaced fuel tank

Asked by MariaInNc Jan 11, 2017 at 07:19 PM about the 1993 Toyota Corolla

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Had a bad leak in fuel tank. Replaced it. Now when
I pump gas more than one or two cents it's spitting
it out. Taking like 3-5 min to pump $3. What do I
need to have looked at now?

Check the breather hose, it's probably kinked and doesn't allow it to release pressure. It's a 3/4" or 1" hose that is connected to the gas fill hose neck
