Question type: Maintenance & Repair

it snowed last winter and the snow frozed on wiper arms and blades when I switched on the wiper I heard something snapped from the dashboard. I think it is the connection of the swing arm of the wipers to the wiper motor

Hi Ruffy! It's sounds like that is what happened. You'll need to get to a dealer. Maybe they can just replace the insert at the end of the wiper arm (that slips over the spindle. Otherwise you'll need a new arm. You should also verify that the the wiper motor is still operational. Good luck!
