I have a 1992 Toyoto Camery 6 cyl 4 door sedan, when you start up oil is leaking from front of the valve cover where some sort of plug with a wire is hooked to valve cover its not the spark plugs, I made a quick video, any one have any ideas?

Could you perhaps take a photo of said leak area and add it here to your next comment.? When ever I undertake a diagnosis of an oil leak...I consider the Crankcase Ventilation System for this engine. If this system is restricted...a brand new engine will leak oil. Having said that...where is the valve or restiction controlling this system? More research required. We use a manometer to quickly cgeck the system. Lets see whats available by Googling PCV for your make model year.
