It would be in your best interest to find out exactly what engine you have . a 327 is rare and much more valuable than a350. All in all it's a nice project . Depending on how fast you want to sell the car being it doesn't run & needs a full restoration I would say around 2500-3500 dollars . good luck.
If you really want the most money find out what you have! Check the vin #, engine code, etc at the link below. You never know. You could have something rare and not know it. Also, get all that stuff off, wash the exterior, vacuum etc. and take more pics. I agree with trip65 that it is worth around $2,500. My brother just sold his 71 orginal RS in similar condition but running for $5,000. An RS or SS or other options can bring more money. http://www.chevy-camaro.com/chevy-camaro-VIN-decode.asp
as far as the engine the only thing i could find was partial ser# 101138274 K1126CNV CNV 1970 350 250 2 tur hydro trans? 712 - Black standard buckets Z - British Green 2 - Black vinyl or convertible top NOR- Norwood (Cincinnati) Ohio not sure tried to use the link
This is the NADA Guide price. http://www.nadaguides.com/Classic- Cars/1968/Chevrolet/Camaro/2-Door-Hardtop/Values IF all the numbers match, it would be a good candidate for restoration, which would bring a higher price 5k to 7k. If not then I would agree with the $2500-3000. Best of Luck to ya
