I was thinking about swapping my tired gen 0 for a new vortec create engine I was wondering if my gen 0 headers and intake would bolt on I know the valve covers won't work

You will greatly reduce the value of your car with the wrong engine. If I were going to do such a swap I would go all the way and install an injected engine. Chevy sells what they call connect and cruise engines that make this process painless.
This car holds only sentimental value (it was my first car I paid 50 bucks for it in 1975 ) it was totaled when I bought it front end and doors are fiberglass the original engine wheels and interior is long gone has fiber glass fender flares a phony cowl induction hood I saved it from the crusher because my dad owned a body shop I just like the piece of crap because it holds lots of memories and now I want to replace the 195hp target master with something better wondering if I need to change the headers and intake
oh and the seats came out of a GT vega the center console was bought from Ico (a magazine circa 1977)
