I have a 1966 Mustang square back that is 100% turn key and complete, but needs to be restored. About how much do you think it will run for a selling price?

Yo' crazydevildog-- I always say "your car is only worth what someone will pay for it." If it were a whole lot newer we could get an idea from Kelley Blue Book or NADA. An older restoration like this is a much more subjective question. Check the usual suspects online, like Autotrader or Cars.com. Take a look on Google and don't forget to see what similar cars are going for on Craigslist, the emerging power in anything and everything for sale. Good luck from Bovan.

If it's an original car without ever being restored or butchered by a previous owner, it could be quite valueable. Other options, such as GT option, V8 option, A/C, AM/FM radio, exterior decor option, deluxe or Pony interior option...etc. can have a lot to do with how valueable your car is. I disagree with those who base their asking price on what the NADA or Kelley Blue Book say the values are. They aren't really in touch with what the classic Mustang market is doing. A better indication of what the market value of your car is, is to find one similar to yours on ebay. Look at the options, the overall condition and the description (or sometimes the lack thereof) of the car. Watch the bidding activity and what the winning bidder pays for the car. Generally, you can bet that your car will be fetch $1500 plus or minus of that price, based on how well you sell your car in the pictures and description. Hope that helps you some.
