replaced valves, nr 4 outlet not opening

We have a Audi A4 B5 96 1.8 and bent valves... We have seated and replaced
all the valves... Nr 4 piston, outlet valves doesn't open... what can prevent it
from opening.

wellwith the 1.8's i often hear that if you end up with bent valves it often will have warped the head you will likely need to bore the cyclinders and such other wise i would say ou put the cames valves back togeather wrong .
