Ford F-150 shakes when I hit 1025 RPM

When I reach 1025 rpm my truck shakes ....what
could this be?

Could be an engine miss starting at this rpm. May be time for a tune up. Could be this, could be that. If the check engine light is on, start there and have the vehicle scanned for trouble codes. You can get this done at most auto parts stores.
If you have a check engine light it could be misfiring- although something tells me you would have mentioned the CEL/ SES/ Idiot light coming on... based on the year of the truck, it is not impossible that the motor mounts have gone bad- have a look at them an be sure that they're in good shape.
Check your motor mounts… If you had a bad plug, or a bad spark plug coil, you would have a check engine light. It is more than likely that you have a bad or a faulty motor mount, take a look.
