it should,as long as you dont over load trailor.

Escape tow capacity is 3500 pounds. I recomend the 2" receiver. Can purchase online for under 200 bucks, easy to install

Just keep your weight under 3500lbs and you'll be good, check the trailer weight and weight you add and you'll be fine.
