Try your backup key if you have one ... something may be going bad in the key that your using ... sounds like reprogramming the key may be a good idea .. easy things first before surgery .. the fact your car starts is a good indication it's the key and not the BCM/ECU ... Most GM's have that light going off after a short period of time if all is well
