How to cut the anti theft light wire

Don't mess with the security system, you'll have nothing but problems. Why do you want to cut that wire? If your batter is draining down it is not because of that.

You told computer your the owner & have the key, then alarm said I'am good with that & how are you to computer and computer said I'am cool.

There are tons of advice on the net regarding how that is done ... and tons of results from the advice .... The most memorable one was from a guy who set his airbag off when he cut a wire
