my car will not start but the battery is turning over

definitely need more info. codes? (if you have the means to read them) if not, you can borrow, or rent a code-reader from nearly any auto parts store. any previous symptoms? you say the starter is turning? is the ENGINE turning with it? is it trying to fire while it turns?

code reader wont work.that car has no computer.like Tom suggested check for spark and fuel and go from their.

check the gear Handle shake it while turning the switch it will start. something wrong in the switch or gear handle lock. When it start don't return gear handle to P just leav it on D or in tell you Make Full repair :) cheer
