Please help to identify fluid leak source (pics)

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When I was changing transmission fluid of my 2007 V6 Honda Accord,
when reaching for the impossible fill plug I noticed that another part is wet
with an oil/fluid. There is no drip on the garage floor. took some pictures to
see if anyone would know what part is the leak from or recommend the
proper maintenance action.

Does that rubber boot go to the rack and pinion steering? If so, I would say it's power steering fluid.
