Fuel and injection/pump after having had none

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So if my 2007 Honda Pilot ran out of gas
and the battery is fine why doesn't it again
turn over the engine and completely start
after it has been given fuel? What can I do,
please let me know

It cranks but doesn't turn over no dash lights does giving it a jump help or harm??
