HOw to fix my honda crv 1996 radio?

I just bought a Honda CRV 1996 engine number B20B-1036483. The radio
and navigation system is not working. How do i fix it or what can i do? Please
help me.

Try contacting Honda or the dealer and provide the VIN number, I imagine you just acquired the car and its locked. Shouldn't be a major issue.

I had a 1995 Honda Accord and I had a card with the unlock code for my radio on that card. The previous owner probably forgot to give that to you or lost it. They do that for theft protection, but, I wonder how it got locked up?
