Is the check engine light illuminated? If so get it scanned at a local auto parts store such as O'reilly Auto Parts of similar. If no check engine light check to see if the air filter is clean and possibly consider changing the up stream O2 sensor.

Do i need to change the fuel filter since i think it is still the original. My car had never been tuned up before and there is no check engine light that why i think its my car is just fine. How many times do you usually clean the air filter or do u really need to buy a new one when its dirty? About the 02 sensor, do i need to change it??

You have a blown head gasket and vtec solenoid needs replacement. Also change the transmission filter and cooler lines. Evap cannisters and pipes need to be changed. Get all your accessories run by the serpentine belt checked. I think you use the Air conditioning alot, even a worn our compressor will put strain on the engine. You test the fuel economy without actually for 100 mile distance on a fine Saturday morning.
