Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Truck will turn over but won't stay running.
I'm doing a fuel pressure check tomorrow,
but would like to have some other idea on
what to check. Fuel pump is okay so it's
not that.

So your fuel pressure was between 56 to 63 lbs? And did you do a fuel pressure bleed down test?

Have your fuel pressure gauge hook up to the Schrader valve, cycle the key on, off to build up pressure on the gauge (highest) and turn the key off, watch the gauge, should not drop off more than 5 lbs. in 3 minutes.

It was really warm today and it fired right up so idk forsure what the problem was. But now I can't get my fuel filter off the Nuts are super rusted. How should I get it off?

Spray some good penetrating oil on it and let it set overnight, line wrenches work best on the nut part, regular wrench on the fuel filter. If you cannot get them loose, I've seen in our parts stores they have replacement length lines to patch in using a compression fitting, you would need a clean cut to do this by using a small cutting tool.
