98 Silverado with 5.7 starts but won't stay running.

After hitting a bump in the road the truck shut off.
After getting under the hood the battery bolt broke
and the battery looks like it grounded out. I have
put a new computer in it. It will start of just a sec
now. Need help

Do you have a correct ECU or one out of a junk truck? Did you program the new ECU to the truck? Sounds like a security system issue.
